Returns & Refunds Policy – GadgetOutlet24H
This policy governs the right of withdrawal, returns, refunds, and exchanges for purchases made on gadgetoutlet24h.com.
1) Withdrawal Period (14 Days)
Under Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, consumers may withdraw from the contract, without providing any reason, within 14 days:
- from the physical delivery of the product (for a single item purchase);
- from the delivery of the last item (for orders with multiple items delivered separately).
2) How to Exercise the Withdrawal
- Send an explicit notice to info@gadgetoutlet24h.com including your order number, products to return, name, and contact details;
- Within 14 days of sending the notice, ship the items to the address provided by our customer support;
- Include proof of purchase in the package (order confirmation email or receipt).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified in writing by GadgetOutlet24H.
3) Return Eligibility Requirements
- Product must be intact, unused, and in perfect condition;
- Include original packaging, accessories, labels, and manuals;
- Properly packed to prevent damage during transport.
GadgetOutlet24H reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to apply a deduction to the refund.
4) Products Excluded from Withdrawal
- Customized or made-to-order products;
- Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons (if opened after delivery);
- Products that are perishable or have a short shelf life.
5) Legal Warranty and Defective Product Replacements
In case of defective or non-compliant products, the 24-month legal warranty applies.
Report the issue within 2 months of discovery to info@gadgetoutlet24h.com with photos or videos of the defect and the order number.
GadgetOutlet24H will provide free repair or replacement; if not possible, a price reduction or refund will be issued.
6) Refunds
- You will receive an email confirmation after the return has been inspected;
- The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the package, using the original payment method;
- If the product is not intact or missing components, the refund may be partial.
7) Promotional Items
Any specific conditions for items on sale or special promotions will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
8) Exchanges
- Contact info@gadgetoutlet24h.com within 14 days of delivery;
- You will receive detailed instructions for the return;
- Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
9) Refund Delays

10) Return Address
The address for returns will be provided by our customer support via email. Do not ship any product without prior authorization.
